Just thought I’d share an idea of healthy yummy breakfast that I really like myself.
All you have to do is peel the bananas and slice them in half lengthwise. Sprinkle some cinnamon, nutmeg, or just a pinch of pumpkin pie spice on top, grease them with a little bit of coconut oil, or vegetable oil that you have at home.
Pre-heat the oven to 190⁰C/370⁰F. Put the bananas on a baking tray lined with a parchment paper. Bake for about 15 minutes until they are soft.
Cut those flavourful baked bananas 🙏 into little pieces and serve them with greek yogurt, sprinkle with hemp seeds, or some other seeds for your liking.
Bananas get so sweet when they are baked, you won’t need any additional sweetener, that’s the trick!
