My First FairyLoot Box

This is not my first YA book subscription box, but it’s my first from FairyLoot. I’ve purchased some boxes from owlcrate.com before, but in my personal opinion, right now – FairyLoot offers the coolest YA subscription box you can find on the market. I’ve seen their past boxes (watched so many booktube unboxing videos), and I can really see that they put so much effort to make their boxes better and better every month!

February theme was Twisted Tales and, of course, I’ve got to see many spoilers of what’s inside it, when scrolling through my social media apps. I just feel that every time I order, I receive all my book subscriptions the last one. Living in Lithuania is not easy sometimes. 😆

BUT I found EVERYTHING I could dream about in that cute little black box. 😍

I’ve found incredible ‘Grimm Tales’ Mug which features multiple Grimm fairytales on that one picture on the mug. How awesome is that???

The exclusive little candle from Wick And Fable! And that candle is inspired by FairyLoot’s book of the month, and smells very woody, exactly how I like my candles to smell, ahh. ❤

The ‘Poisonous Apple’ (refers to Snow White!) bath salts, which actually look very much like crushed candies to me. 😄 Sadly, I do not have a bath at home, but I’ll take it with me whenever I’m traveling somewhere and staying in a hotel with a bath. I love baths.

‘The Witch & The Gingerbread House’ socks. I appreciate socks, I love socks, please put different socks in every month’s box.

The wooden bookmark from Ink and Wonder’s – ‘Little Red Riding Hood’. It’s just beautiful, and I can’t have enough bookmarks, every book I own, has its own bookmark.

And of course – the BOOK. It’s a hard cover (books in these boxes always come in hard cover) copy of The Hazel Wood by Melissa Albert, which sounds mysterious and… amazing, can’t wait to read it:

Seventeen-year-old Alice and her mother have spent most of Alice’s life on the road, always a step ahead of the strange bad luck biting at their heels. But when Alice’s grandmother, the reclusive author of a book of pitch-dark fairy tales, dies alone on her estate – the Hazel Wood – Alice learns how bad her luck can really get. Her mother is stolen away – by a figure who claims to come from the cruel supernatural world where her grandmother’s stories are set. Alice’s only lead is the message her mother left behind: STAY AWAY FROM THE HAZEL WOOD.To retrieve her mother, Alice must venture first to the Hazel Wood, then into the world where her grandmother’s tales began . . .

Hey, You don’t need to worry that You’ll get a YA book, that you’ve read before, because FairyLoot only put books that are recently published (or sometimes you can get a book even before its release date!).

It costs 29,39 euros + shipping. And it ships around the world. You can check all the shipping prices here. I know it’s quite a lot to order FairyLoot to Lithuania (10,61 euros), but… Well, if you are as into Young Adult literature as I am – it is worth every cent you spend on this box. But you can actually make a single purchase to see if you like it or not. Just keep in mind that FairyLoot has very limited amount of their boxes, you’ll probably have to wait in line, as I did.

Have fun!
